The Prowl

OVERVIEW

The Prowl was a social shopping site. Concepted and created at a breakneck pace with an agile team, this was a true experiment. The idea was to allow users to collect products they loved across the web. However, the part that set the site apart was user-submitted questions. Have a photo of your living room, but need a perfect chair to go in the corner? Ask fellow Prowl users to submit their suggestions. Or just ask the users for good gift ideas for teens into video games.

All this was accomplished through a mobile-first site responsive site design. As well as accompanying mobile and tablet apps. An initial holiday launch sponsorship by Target had us design and build in sponsored “prowls” and questions from guest bloggers and users.
