H2H – Relay Series

OVERVIEW

The Hood to H Relay Series or H2H, is an annual race I plan and organize every May. About 60-90 runners group up into teams of 6-10 that have a day to run 100 miles from Brooklyn to a rotating series of final stops. The final stops generally begin with “H” (as in Hood to Hamptons) or we make it fit (ie Hood to pHiladelphia, with a silent “P”). All along the route, teams are themed, which tend to get more elaborate every year. Anyone not running can take part in a scavenger hunt I include with their route notes. Aside from the event planning and documentation I provide to each of the teams, I’ve also done all the branding for the race series itself and the prizes they receive.
